How it keeps your funds yours.
Created on your phone
The 12-word recovery phrase is generated inside the app, on your device. It is never sent anywhere — there is no endpoint on our side that could receive it.
Locked with your password
The phrase is encrypted with a password only you know (AES-256, 600,000 rounds of PBKDF2). Without the password the stored copy is unreadable, to us as much as anyone.
Two backups, both yours
The encrypted copy is kept on your phone and in your own Telegram cloud storage, so a new phone restores with the same password. Your written-down words are the third, and the one that works everywhere.
Norpo sees nothing
We never receive the words, the password or the key. That is what non-custodial means: nobody can freeze, move or recover your funds except you.

Norpo Wallet uses the standard recovery phrase (BIP-39) and the same key path as MetaMask, so your words open the very same address in any major wallet — with or without Telegram, with or without us.
MetaMask
- Install MetaMask (browser extension or mobile app).
- Choose “Import an existing wallet”.
- Type your 12 words in order, then set a new MetaMask password.
- Switch the network to Polygon — pick it from the network list, or add it under Networks.
- If USDT or USDC is not listed, use “Import tokens” with the addresses below.
Trust Wallet
- Install Trust Wallet and open it.
- Choose “I already have a wallet”, then “Secret phrase”.
- Enter your 12 words in order.
- Search for USDT and USDC on Polygon and switch them on.
Rabby and others
- Any wallet that supports EVM networks and a 12-word phrase will do.
- Import with the recovery phrase — the standard path, the same as MetaMask’s.
- Enable the Polygon network and the USDT / USDC tokens.
- The address matches the one you saw in Norpo Wallet.

Is Norpo Wallet free?
Yes. There is no fee to create or hold a wallet. Transfers pay the Polygon network fee, about a cent in POL, which goes to the network, not to us.
Which coins and networks does it support?
USDT, USDC and POL on Polygon. The same address can receive any Polygon token, but the app shows these three.
Why do I need POL to send?
Every Polygon transfer pays its network fee in POL. Keep 1–2 POL in the wallet — withdraw it from any exchange, choosing the Polygon network — and that covers hundreds of transfers.
Can I receive USDT from TRON or Ethereum?
Only on Polygon. A TRON address starts with T and is a different wallet. Sending from Ethereum or BSC to this address lands the funds on that other network, where the app will not show them.
I lost my phone. What now?
Open the Mini App on your new phone and enter your password — your encrypted backup comes back from your Telegram cloud. Or restore with your 12 words, here or in any other wallet.
I forgot my password.
Choose “Restore with recovery phrase” in the app, enter your 12 words and set a new password. Norpo cannot reset it for you.
What if Telegram removes the Mini App?
Nothing is lost. The funds are on the Polygon blockchain, not inside the app. Restore your 12 words in MetaMask, Trust Wallet or Rabby as shown above.
I lost my 12 words and my password.
Then the wallet cannot be recovered — by anyone, including Norpo. That is the price of no one else holding your keys, and why the app asks you to write the words down and checks them.
Will Norpo support ever ask for my words?
Never. Anyone asking for your recovery phrase — in a chat, an email or a “support” form — is trying to steal the wallet.
