What exactly am I paid on?
A share of what Norpo earns on an order, not of the order itself. Every commission line in your dashboard shows the order, what Norpo made on it, your rate at the time, and your cut — so the arithmetic is always yours to check.

When does my rate go up?
Bands are worked out from the volume your referrals put through in the calendar month, so a rate can rise within the month itself. It applies to the whole month, not only to the part above the threshold.

How is a referral tracked?
Your link sets your code in the browser and carries it into Telegram when someone asks for an account. Because accounts are issued by hand, attribution is confirmed by a person rather than a script — which is also why it holds up.

Can a merchant be moved to another partner?
No. A merchant is bound to the partner who introduced them, permanently. Re-attribution is what every affiliate dispute is really about, so it simply is not available.

What will get me removed?
Referring yourself, bidding on the Norpo brand or its misspellings, and any incentivised or misrepresented traffic. Commissions from that traffic are reversed.
