No KYC, one caveat

Cards are sold and used without an ID check. Activation may still ask for a valid name, email, phone number and address.

Restricted countries void refunds

Redeeming or activating a card from a restricted country cancels any right to a refund.

No VPNs

The card provider does not accept VPN traffic. Connecting through one can get the card cancelled without a refund.

No 3-D Secure

Cards skip 3DS authentication, so a small share of merchants and websites may decline them.
