Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Norpo software and routing technology. By integrating the service you agree to them.

What Norpo provides
Norpo supplies software and payment-routing technology. Norpo is not a bank, money services business, payment institution or exchange, and does not itself hold, transmit or convert funds. Regulated payment and settlement activities are performed by independent, licensed third-party providers connected through the routing layer.

Merchant responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring your business, products and use of the service comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including in the jurisdictions of your customers. You must provide an accurate settlement wallet address — payments are routed to the address you supply and cannot be reversed once settled.

Settlement & finality
Successful transactions settle directly to your wallet and are final and irreversible. Norpo does not operate a chargeback or dispute mechanism. Network and on-chain fees may apply depending on the settlement asset and chain selected.

Acceptable use
You may not use the service for activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or that of your customers. Norpo may decline to route transactions that breach these terms.

Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norpo disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Norpo processes and why. It reflects a deliberately data-minimal design.

Data we process
Norpo is designed to minimise the data it handles. Merchants are not required to create an account or undergo identity verification to use the core service. We process the technical data needed to route a transaction — such as order amount, settlement asset and the wallet address you provide.

How data is used
Data is used solely to route payments, deliver webhooks you subscribe to, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell personal data.

Third-party providers
Regulated processing is carried out by licensed third parties. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies; as a merchant you stay anonymous to them through the routing layer.

Retention & security
Operational data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and is protected with industry-standard safeguards.
