Read before you buy — restricted countries
Card issuers may refuse activation for residents of the countries below, and a refused activation is not refundable. Check the cardholder's country first.
No KYC, one caveat. Cards are sold and used without an ID check, but activation may still ask for a valid name, email, phone number and address.
Cards skip 3-D Secure, and VPN traffic can get a card cancelled without a refund.
⏱ You have 10 minutes to pay once the order is created — card issuers drop unpaid orders after that, and a late deposit can be lost.
